is it good to put few drops of coconut oil in nose and ears of baby 3 months old

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. don't put in nose n ears.. to clean ears, Gently rub the washcloth around the outer ear to pick up any wax build-up there. Never put the washcloth inside baby's ear.
