the child does not realise what they are consuming the portion size etc
instead use some age appropriate books as such read to them

Because most of the concentration is now visually onto the screen, so mind is tuned to that not on the plate. Gradually reduces your child’s appetite and concentration levels. Please avoid them. Try engaging your child with some good Babyhug books and activities.
