my is 9 years old if he watches screen too much and if some constipation happens he doesn't get sleep could you please suggest me to overcome this problem

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very important that all members of the family who are near the child should not use tv mobile or laptop or any type of screen in front of the child.
the child should be given toys according to the age of the child as well as the parents should give more time to the child.d
you can go for story telling activities as well as playing with the child then only it will decrease the habit of screen in the long run which will also have proper good impact on the growth and development of the child.
for constipation give constipation medicine and fibre diet
