Q.
Is it allergic reaction or diaper rash?? My 3.5months old baby developed these skin lesions first time..those are red and raise ..we are using pampers pant since 2.5 months regularly Suggestions..discussion could help me out!!!plz

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he is having red bumps on his diper area so mostly it is the diper chemical rash and you should not put the diper for 24 days

Change diaper frequently
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply diaper rash cream regularly
Take a good care of your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
Stay hydrated
Offer adequate feeding
Keep diaper free time in day for sometime
