is is imp to wear head scarf. and cotton in ears.chappal in feet. how much time we wear belly belt for normal delivary

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello based on the weather conditions you may plan accordingly and when going outside wear and inside house when the weather is too hot it is not required and chappal should be sufficient in a regular basis and cotton if needed sweater not a problem
