is iron drops cause red and loose stools in 3 month old babuy

A. Actually on the contrary it is opposite lose motions are not there in fact a child can suffer with constipation during this time and blood or red kind of emotion is not seen because of Iron supplement maybe there is another issue it would be good that you take a clarity with your treating doctor on this
