I have started iron drops today for my 3 month old daughter after that her poop has red dots can you please check

Red dots in the motion is usually associated with blood in the motion which is a sign of stomach infection so I think it would be good for you to get a stool test done for your child that is going to clear the picture about the situation and then you can treat your child according to that
