For the last two days, my baby has been taking iron drops. I have noticed that there are red spots in the yellow poop, resembling the color of the iron drops. Is this normal?

A. Yes usually after taking iron supplement the poop colour changes if black or dark green and if consistency of the motion is normal then no need to worry much take care
