Is Gripe water is safe to give baby for month of 2 as nani suggested?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, gripe water is not safe to be given to baby. It is unnecessary. They can cause infection to your baby. Some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete.
