ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician3 years agoA. Don't use gripe water to ur baby It's of no use It may cause infection to baby Always better to avoid. No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed. Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age. It will help.

Not at all it is going to increase loose motions and have different side-effects on a chair if you ask a doctor new doctor is ever going to advise you to go ahead with using them so please don’t go for it go ahead with homeopathy tablet number 21 as of now
