ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, no, gripe water is not good for baby. It is unnecessary and dangerous and can cause infection to your baby. Some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Burp baby after every feed.
