ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Giving gripe water is not necessary n not good to babies at any age. If the baby is having gases or colics you can try Colicaid drops.
Burp properly after each feeding is important.
You should feed only breast feeds as complete food to your baaby for the first 6 months of life. In the addition Vitamin D drops need to be given for 1 year.
