is glycerine with rose water safe for 2 year boy skin???

If Yes you can go ahead with it because glycerine is very tricky does not suit everybody so if it suits your child’s skin and the child does not have track the dry skin after using glycerin then you can go ahead with it because a lot of people have reverse effect of the screen as well
