Is dolo 65 safe to take during 4 months of pregnancy? I have terrible headache due to cold pls help

I’m afraid you should not take this medicine without doctors advice I cannot suggest you so because during pregnancy you have to be very particular in terms of the medicines that you can take for headache and simple issues because it can have an impact on your pregnancy which is not advisable to take any medicine without your doctors advice
