A. during pregnancy you can take all the things but make sure that it not should be taken repeatedly and more frequently as it may cause harm everything should be taken in Limited quantity and all the serials pulses green leafy vegetables should be included in your daily diet

A. Hello dear parent! It is good. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be physically active as much as possible. Good luck and take care.
