is dere blood test to confirm pregnancy? I hv pain in right lower belly from some days .i m tensed about it dat is it a normal pregnancy

Yes Blood test will give you hundred percent result if you want to go ahead with so you get a beta HCG done for yourself and after that you know whether you are pregnant or not and if there is any other thing also. That you’re having pain in your lower abdomen for that you’ll have to go for a sonography with your gynaecologist
