ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician2 years agoA. Don't use gripe water/janam gutti /honey to ur baby It's of no use It may cause infection to baby Hence always better to avoid. No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed. Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age. It will help.
