Q.
is breath stopping spell normal or shall I consult a specialist? whenever her wish is not fulfilled she starts crying loud and turns blue, stops breathing and is stiff this stands for around a minute but this minute is scary for me ... untill now she did this 4 times.i am very fritened to see her like that

A Breathe holding polls are completely normal for a child they really cry a lot and they become blue but till the time your child is not becoming unconscious it’s okay but still you should check with your doctor because a lot of kids get unconscious after holding their breath
