Is abdominal binder safe. ? How early can i use this after delivery

Hello ma’am You can use it after right after your delivery I can just tell you the same because it helps in avoiding the sagging and falling down of the tummy after delivery it really helps a lot to keep it in the place. Apart from that you can start working out after your child completes the age of 6 to 8 months as of now just work with the belt
