Change the Iron supplement that you are giving to the child because sometimes the supplement that you are giving is having a very bad taste and kids don’t like it since you’re not mentioned the age of your child so I cannot even suggest you to add something to it and also you can check with the doctor you can mix it with milk when you are giving it
