Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. the child is suffering from anaemia due to iron deficiency so you'll have to give food which is rich in iron and like cereals pulses apple banxana as well as green leafy vegetables and beetroot. also you will have to start iron supplements and it would consist of iron folic acid and vitamin b12 and take follow up every month with the doctor .

first,you need to introduce a variety of iron rich food in your child diet
some healthy options are , iron fortified cereals, tofu, lentils, fruits like apple, papaya, pomegranate, strawberry etc
please limit your child milk intake as too much milk intake can cause iron deficiencies
