Inital 21 days we haven’t given DBF as baby birtht weight was less than 2.5 kgs.now when we try to latch baby initial 2 days baby started sucking now he was not sucking and pushing the nipple shield.Breast Milk production also not increased even though i was using lactare capsule and lactare granules.when i tried to express i am getting only10-15 ml breast milk.can i use electrical breast pump will that help to increase breast milk production? Doctor can you suggest which electrical breast pump to use?
