Q.

In regular period cycles how much time we have to try natural to conceive?? Which time we have to go gynecologist ??

A. If you have regular cycles of 28 to 30 days than the ovulation will happen somewhere around 14th to 16th day and it is advisable that you have intercourse at least starting from 11th through 18th day making sure you have intercourse at least on alternate days and definitely on the day of ovulationWrite Your Answer Here

A. U Should try after 10 days of your blast period date suppose if you finished on 30th of June then you should try from 11th of June to 14th of June alternate day because that would be the normal time for you to overeating and if you want you can obviously get an ovulation kit from the market as a check and when you are ovulating and that’s when you should check But before you start planning I would advise you to get all your test done so that you have an assurance that you are not having any deficiency or any other issue before you plan the child
