Amina althafMom of a 2 yr 7 m old girl2 years agoA. hi dear, uh can roll on if uh are not comfortable in the position but slowly, like if your sleeping on ur left side then slowly to your back then to the right.. don't suddenly roll over.. another safest and best way is to sleep on your left side with pillow between your thighs or knees and one on your back side and uh can add more pillows according to your comfort.. this will give u a relaxed and comfortable sleep and uh actually don't feel to roll over all the time.. or the best option is using a pregnancy pillow.. stay happy and calm dear❤️
