A. no you don't need to get up and change the position you can roll over but very smoothly you can have all your normal activities if the pregnancy is going well also you should have regular daily walking which is very beneficial during pregnancy

A. hi dear, uh can roll on if uh are not comfortable in the position but slowly, like if your sleeping on ur left side then slowly to your back then to the right.. don't suddenly roll over.. another safest and best way is to sleep on your left side with pillow between your thighs or knees and one on your back side and uh can add more pillows according to your comfort.. this will give u a relaxed and comfortable sleep and uh actually don't feel to roll over all the time.. or the best option is using a pregnancy pillow.. stay happy and calm dear❤️

A. Shifting positions is a natural part of sleeping that you can't control. Try experimenting with pillows to find a comfortable sleeping position. Some women place a pillow under their abdomen or between their legs.
