in period times or after period time.. mere hat aur pav me zan zanahat jaise mehsus hota hai... aur thakan mehsus hoti hai...pure sharir me zan zanahat hoti hai.. calcium tab bi li... aur crocin bi li... lekin kuch farak nahi pada.. pichale mahine me bhi aisa hi hua tha.. in period time... is time after period ho raha hai aisa.. 2 din ho gaye.. aaj 3 din hai.. muze thyroid ki bhi problem hai.. in pregnancy me thyroid hua tha.. abhi tak thik nahi hua..

A. see this can be a kind of any pte menstrual syndrome ok. try to get more of multi vitamin. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
