in my Doppler study there is fetoplacental insufficiency,Dr suggest to c section,I m dietetic pt, plz suggest mi what type of preparation I do before going to section

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. baby clothes ,nappies which are soft cotton, washed well prior, diapers, blankets for swaddling, your clothes, sanitary pads, toiletries, sleeping/feeding pillow., hospital file. keep everything organized as baby bag and mommy bag.

Hi Mommy I Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do some light exercise yoga regularly
