In my area only befellow ghee is available so I am giving that only. I am adding 3 tspn at a time in the morning, afternoon and evening.Is it ok

A. Namaste Mom, Sorry you havent mentioned the age of the child or baby ? if they are able to digest the ghee well, then no issues you can opt, as its slightly high in fat content compared to cows ghee, and much better option than using refined oil
