in cold we provide the vaccine of 1 month old baby

A. Yes, based on the due date from the chart you must get the vaccination for the baby, Not to worry whether cold or hot condition. If any fever comes that has to be controlled by medicine. Now a days after vaccination most of the child won't get fever.
