Q.

In both of my ultrasound (12-19) it is mentioned placenta fundal posterior extending its edge upto the internal os on first page where as placenta praevia marginalis on the other page.. I am confused if it is fundal how can it be placenta praevia marginalis..

A. The placenta can be very large in size and there is a chance that it is extending all the way from fundus at one end to the cervical os to the other endWrite Your Answer Here
