In a 9 th month how long it will take walking excercise is morning and evening

You can do about 500 to 600 steps in the morning and then similar in the evening if you’re going for a walk twice in a day so that is how you’re going to complete 1000 to 1200 steps per day which is going to be good for you during this time and have a very mild and slow walk and the foot steps that you do in the day in the house also are also
