A. Yes, you can eat chamadumpa (taro root) while breastfeeding. In fact, taro root is a great source of various nutrients such as potassium, fiber, and vitamins B and C. However, if you have a history of allergies or sensitive digestion, you may want to introduce taro root slowly or in small amounts to ensure that it does not cause any adverse reactions. Additionally, it is always a good idea to incorporate a balanced and varied diet when breastfeeding to ensure that you and your baby get all the nutrients you need. If you have any concerns about your diet, you can consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian.

A. Hello dear parent! There are no food restrictions as such. You can take in small quantities. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated while you’re breastfeeding your baby. Maintain a good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle. Good luck and take care
