Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Include lean meat, whole grains, and low fat dairy products in your diet. Eat small meals at short intervals. Get lots of sleep. Eat raisins, figs and whole wheat crackers. Eat super foods like beans, fish and chicken. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water everyday. Sip on a glass of water before you have your meals. Advance your mealtimes to 7 or 7:30 as this will allow the digestion process to take place before you sleep. This helps to reduce weight and your metabolism is boosted too. Eat all home cooked meals.
Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Include some physical activity like walking and yoga for 30 to 45 mins on a regular basis. Avoid oily and fried foods. Too much of caffeine and sugar products should be avoided. Have 3 proper meals a day with all seasonal fruits and vegetables included in the diet.
