Q.

Im 31 weeks and 5 days pregnant with twins (1st pregnancy) had growth scan , reports shows Early Grade 3 maturity, what to do and im worried about my babies?

A. In case of twins this can happen and we need to know if there are any other high risk factors complicating pregnancy as even those factors can influence the maturity of placenta
