AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom yes u can eat sesame seeds with dry fruits during breastfeeding. There is no problem in that. Exclusive breast feed ur baby till six months. Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby
