If proper milk is not forming then what can be done to increase milk formation in breast for my babay as she is not getting enough from me?

Consult your doctor they may suggest you formula or will give you medicines.... you can also try following steps. 1.Eat balanced diet Including vegetables and fruits, dry fruits, gher, milk, dry fruits and proteins and chicken. 2.Drink plenty of water. 3.Ask your doctor if any supplements are required.
