Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. yes we can take the vaccine in 4th month It is always advisable to take the vaccines to the baby according to schedule to have proper immunity now you can take the vaccine which are already missed

It Should be taken on its time only but for better clarity on this I would advise you to follow the growth and vaccination tracker on the First Cry app itself this way you know the correct timing for all the vaccinations and when do you need to get them done and which are optional which are mandatory
