if I drink honey mix water empty stomach after 3 months of delivery is it good or not?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you can drink honey mixed with warm water, 3 months after your delivery. Also, as a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause heat to your baby.
