Q.

if fever is coming in every 4-5 hours then is it safe and normal if we keep giving ibugesic plus 10 ml whenever fever comes ?

A. dear mom. you can give him ibugesic in 5-6 hours in the right dose. can also do tepid sponging with room temp water to bring down temp. offer him more rest n liquids
