Q.

if child eat at 9.00 pm in night and do not do breakfast early it is good or bad ????

A. It Would completely depends as to how early are you talking about because after having dinner at 9 PM if your child sleeps late then you should give milk to the child before your child goes to sleep and if your child as breakfast after waking up like after half an hour of waking up your child has a milk and breakfast and that’s good enough
