Q.
if baby is facing constipated issues can we give a home made cerelac which is maked by makhana, kaju, badam and poha, and can we give carrot and apple puree

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl8 months agoA. Yes of course you can but the thing is that when you give food having constipation is normal so you give all the food that you want but make sure to include good amount of liquid and fibre into the diet of your child that will help a lot
