AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom No there is no problem. Swelling in hands legs feet is very much normal during pregnancy If u are comfortable, no pain or uneasiness then no need to worry.. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups.
