Iam into 30 weeks of pregnancy.Sometimes i feel too tired. Also from 4 to 5 days i have headache half a side (right). any issue

This is all because of hormonal changes in body at the time of pregnancy and you should definitely not worry about it at all but if there is something new that in such case you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it because your doctor can only advise you well after examining you
