There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok

Sometimes it could be due to migraine also so it is better to have an assessment with your doctor that is only one way that you can have better clarity on the situation situation they maybe run some test or check the eyesight and all and accordingly they can help you
