A. Hey 👋 I'm a new mom., when I'm pregnant with my son I never enjoyed my pregnancy due to my overthinking character but I gave birth to beautiful, healthy boy baby. now im missing my pregnancy days.It is a normal mother instinct to feel worried. Think positive., your baby is hail and healthy. He or she is growing in your womb safely. Ready positive books ,watch comedy movies., spend quality time with your loved ones. open up ur worries to your partner. keep in mind that your stress will affect your baby's health. After birth your baby may have many to trust and take care but now he/She only has you. eat healthy food. just think of the day your baby comes.. Enjoy your pregnancy., speak with your baby..., Have beautiful pregnancy 😍

A. Hello my dear! Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Read good books and keep yourself engaged with positive thoughts and prayers. Good luck and take care.
