iam 4 months old mother I have thyroid and bp for which iam taking thyronorm 25 much and telma ct 40/12.5 I does nt have breast milk can I use lactate tablets to increase brest milk and can I use breast pump

A. yes dear u can consult lactation expert have lactation tablet have shatrvati yry to feed directly Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.

Q. #asktheexpert I have delivered my child on 20th March and got discharged on 23rd March. Since 22nd March I have swelling in feet , hand and face. On checking bp it’s high 140/ 95. Started Telma 40 twice a day. Two queries: 1. Is it normal to have swelling and high bp post pregnancy and taking bp medicine is only needed? 2. Is telma 40 safe for breast feeding.
