Q.
iam 33 weeks pregnant and diagnosed sugar in the early stages. iam taking Melmet500 twice now sugar is 145 after food 1hr. Now my HB is 9.9 someone tells its will be risk in delivery. any remedies to increase HB naturally. Dr prescribed new iron tablet.

Include green leafy vegetables, seasonal vegetables in your diet. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments.
