You can go ahead with using any fluoride free toothpaste of your choice you can brush twice in a day morning and night that’s very important and healthy to maintain proper oral hygiene along with that also I would recommend you that you should always try to give little good amount of water after eating anything because that is going to clean the gums and teeth of the child because kids cannot gargle at this age
