iam 11month old baby's mother still I breastfeeding can I eat gobi munchurian

Gobi manchurian taken from outside may contain MSG hence it should be avoided
Home made manchurian will also be fried. hence best to consume only occassionally.
It contains soya sauce, chilli sauce which are not very healthy

Yes See there is no bar on eating Manchurian or any other Chinese food it is it that you should not go for MSG food you know because there is MSG into Chinese food which is my doctor say that you should not have it but you can definitely have it after your delivery even in pregnancy you can have it if it is MSG free
