A. Hats off to your spirit dear mom! congratulations for being mum finally!! coming to your question drink warm milk with lactomom or lactaways powder twice a day.. it contains shatavari which helps a lot in breast feed milk production. Also drink Raab made of Bajra flour. and drink plenty of water daily.. it will definitely work!!

A. Hello dear parent! Appreciate wholeheartedly your efforts to feed the little one even after your personal loss. Stay blessed. Latch the baby well to your breast and have a good skin to skin contact with your baby to stimulate breastmilk supply. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk production. Get the advice from a lactation expert. Good luck and take care.
