I was fair before pregnant .....after pregnancy I was getting very dull and dark my skin becomes very dry and even in postpartum my skin isn't getting any better ....what to do to bring back the glow to my face

This What is very normal and common so what you do is you can consult a skin doctor ones for that sometimes these things are possible due to hormonal changes in the body so if you go ahead with the consultation with the dermatologist will definitely get a solution to it
